150 gBeef fillet
to tasteSalt
to tasteBlack pepper
50 gButter

Beat the beef with hammer till flat like chappati.

Sprinkle salt & pepper on both sides.

Take butter in a pan let it melt.

Now put the beef in pan and cook it in low flame till it gets tender and crisp on top.

Serve hot with mushroom sauce.
