Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1 bowlboil green peas
  • 1/2 cupOnion paste
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 spoonkitchen king masala
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 cup smooth curd
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsptunics seeds
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a deep pan..add oil.tunics seeds,onion paste,add boil peas..cook 2mins

  2. 2

    Add all dry masala and sauté till leave the oil..

  3. 3

    Add tomato purée..mix well..sauté till leave the oil..

  4. 4

    Add smooth curd..mix well

  5. 5

    Add one cup water...add paneer into it..

  6. 6

    Shahi matar paneer is ready...
