Steps

Add all ingredients of dough except milk, mix well then knead with warm milk.

set the dough aside, let it rise for two hours, then knead again

make small balls of dough and leave aside untill u make filling.

heat oil in a pan, stir in flour, add milk, season with origano, salt & pepper, add spring onion stir it then mix boiled & shredded chicken. Filling is ready.

roll each ball, spoon a tabledpoon of fillin in between, and make roses following the steps in the pictures.

brush with egg yoke to give color(optional)

bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
