Take a pan and put Desi ghee in it now put bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin seeds, cloves with onion finely chopped sore it well

Make a gravy of tomatoes, ginger, green chilli, garlic, in grinder and put it in pan add garam masala, red chilli powder,Coriander powder, meat masala, red chilli powder saute it

Add mutton in pan and after time interval of 3 minutes kept it moving until the meat left it's oil

Add curd and one and a half glass of water cover the lid for 20 to 25 minutes mix it time by time

Check with a toothpick that mutton is cooked and garnish with coriander and serve it hot with rice or chappatis or naan
