Boiled rice in 3-4 glass water with star anise, Turmeric powder, cinnamon stick,oil,salt for 8-10 minutes

Strain with strainer and keep a side

Add Butter &1 tsp oil in a kadhai

Add Bayleaf, Cumin seeds, black Cardamom and stir for 1 minute

Add veggies and saute for 4-5 minutes on low-medium flame

Add Boiled rice and black pepper powder,salt...Mix well and cook for 1 minute

Switch off the gas and add Coriander leaves

Serve with onion-tomato raita
