    Rice ko wash k soak k de.

    Grated gur main chopped all dry fruits dale 2glass water add k boil k le gur ke melt hone tak.

    Cooker main ghee garsm kar cloves,dalchini and elachi ko rolling pin se flat k ghee main dale rice dale phir gur syrup dal kar 2 whistle de le.

    Garma garam Gur wale chawal enjoy kare.
