  1. 2 Cupsall purpose flour
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. 2 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  5. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1/2 teaspooncloves
  9. 1 cupoil
  10. 1 canor 2 cups pumpkin puree
  11. 4eggs
  12. 1/2 cupchopped nuts
  13. 1/2 cupraisins
  14. frosting
  15. 2 cupspowdered sugar
  16. 1/3 cupmargarine or butter, softened
  17. 1 3/4cream cheese, softened
  18. 1 tablespoonsmilk
  19. 1 teaspoonvanilla

Steps

Bake for 35-40 mins
  1. 1

    In a large bowl combine all bar ingredients except nuts and raisins, beat at a low speed until moistened. Beat for two minutes at medium speed and stir in raisins and nuts, pour into greased pan at 350°F or 180°C. Or until Toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely

    In a small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients : beat until smooth. Frost cooled bars. Cut into bars
