1 cupsugar
2eggs yolks
1 tbspgrated orange rind
1 1/2 cupflour
3 tspbaking powder
1/4 tspsalt
1/3 cuporange juice
1/3 cupwater
2egg whites

Steps

cream butter sugar egg yolks beat till lemon color

add grated orange rind

blend flour baking powder and salt add to cream mixture

alternately with orange juice and water and mix

beat egg whites till stiff not dry fold into batter

bake 350 for 30 minutes start testing

make butter icing

toast coconut and sprinkle on top of icing
