Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupsweet potato
  2. 2 cupgrated coconut
  3. 3 cupcoconut milk
  4. 1 cupJaggery
  5. 1 tspCardamom powder crushed
  6. as neededRaisins
  7. 1 tspGhee Cashews few Water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook sweet potato smoothly 3-4 for 1 cup.

  2. 2

    Mash and add in mixie jar the sweet potatoes.

  3. 3

    Grind smoothly.

  4. 4

    Take 2 cup of grated coconut and grind by adding sufficient water, strain it in strainer.

  5. 5

    Pour the ground paste into some coconut milk, add sufficient water and boil it.

  6. 6

    Add Jaggery and let it be dissolve completely.

  7. 7

    Add crushed cardamom

  8. 8

    Add raisins into boiling payasam

  9. 9

    Heat ghee

  10. 10

    Add cashews and fry till golden brown

  11. 11

    Add into payasam and serve.
