1/2 cuphoney
1/4 cupDijon mustard
1/4 cupmelted butter
1/4 tspblack pepper

Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease shallow baking dish.

In a small bowl, stir together the honey, mustard, melted butter and pepper. Place chicken in the greased baking dish and pour the sauce over it.

Bake for 45 minutes in preheated oven, basting frequently with sauce until chicken is firm and juices run clear.
