2 tspBlack pepper powder
1/2 tspcoriander seeds powder
1/2 tspcumin powder
1/2Lemon
2 tspJaggery syrup
1/8 tspsalt
3 cupwater

Add all ingredients in pan inspite of lemon.

Bring it to boil until it reduces the volume half.

Turn off the flame and strain it.

Squeeze the lemon and serve in hot.
