Cooking Instructions

    Besn and curd ko mix kar ke usm thoda pani add kar ke ptla better bana ke

    Better mein salt,red mirch,haldi,dhaniya powder mix karein

    Kdai mein oil grm kar ke usm rai,jeera,heeg,tej ptta,kali mirch, long,green chilli, dal kar fry karein

    Fir usm better dal de gas high prr kar ke fir slow kar ke usko pakayein

  5. 5

    15 - 20 mint tak hon ke baad guess off karein

    Kdi ready

  7. 7

    Kdi ko serve karein rice and chapati ke sath
