Cooking Instructions

Ingredients used, rice flour, til and jeggary dissolved in water
- 2
Take all ingredients in mixing bowl, add pinch of salt
- 3
Mix well everything and knead a soft dough using jeggary dissolved water. Keep aside covered for 10 minutes

Knead it again and prepare small patties or tiikis from dough
- 5
Add some oil on non stick pan and shallow fry all Pitha from both sides till golden brown. Or you can deep fry too

Ready to serve Ghila Til Pitha and celebrate Bihu to the fullest..it's tastes yum with nutty crunch of til
