preheat oven to 350°F

cook meat with salt pepper comino and onion til meat is brown draining excess oil

add enchilada sauce

add handful of cheese
- 5
continue to heat until cheese is melted

in separate pan heat tortillas in oil until soft don't over cook they will get crispy

put tortillas on a plate let excess oil drip

using a baking pan get one tortilla put the meat sauce mix in roll seam side down

do this until u have desired amount or pan is full

cover enchiladas with remaining mix and cheese

put in oven for 25 minutes until cheese is melted
