Ingredients

20-25 mins
4 servings
  1. 3 tablespoonsBajra flour
  2. 1 tablespoonGhee
  3. Walnuts chopped 
  4. Dried ginger powder (soonth) 1 tspn
  5. Crushed black peppercorns
  6. 3/4 cupJaggery (gur) grated
  7. 1 cupBasmati rice cooked
  8. 1 1/2Milk
  9. 3-4Green cardamom
  10. Rasinis as per taste
  11. Cashwes for garnishing

Steps

20-25 mins
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add walnuts and sauté for 30 seconds. Add bajra flour and cook on low heat for a minute.

  2. 2

    Add dried ginger powder, crushed peppercorns, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut and jaggery, mix and cook till jaggery melts.

  3. 3

    Add cooked Rice, mix and cook for a minute. Add milk, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot. Enjoy!
