  1. 1ripe Apple chopped
  2. 1/2 cupcooked quinoa
  3. 2 cupsmilk
  4. 1 tablespoonjaggery (grated)
  5. 1 pinchcinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoonhoney for drizzle
  7. 1/2 cupice cubes/crushed ice

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except honey in a blender and churn to perfection.
