Til Choli (Himachali traditional dish)

Steps

Take a pan and roast the til. And grind on the grinder.

Take rice and also grind the rice on the grinder.

Now take a pan add ghee on it and heat it. Now add the rice mixer on the ghee and add the poha flakes on it mix it well and cook it for some time. Until it turns into light brown in colour.

Now add the til mixture on it and add the Nuts on it and roast for few seconds.

Take out the mixture from the pan and add the jaggery on it and add cardamom powder and coconut powder on it.

Rub the mixture with the help of your palm.

If it mix equally then it's ready to searve.
