Matar paneer(Green peas & Cottage cheese)

Light fry the pieces of paneer on a pan for 3-4 minutes till it turns light brown in color

Take 2-3 Table spoon of cooking oil in another pan and add zeera till it crackles

Then add Haldi, Coriander powder, Asafetida & ginger paste

Fry all the spices for 2-3 minutes and then all onion & tomatoes paste.

Fry the paste till it starts leaving the oil from side.

Add the cashew nut paste, a pinch of Garam masala and 1-1/2 cup water

Then add the pieces of paneer and matar in the gravy and cook for about 7-8 minutes till the first boil.
