Wash your tomatoes

Cut them into cubes

Finely chop your onion

Add some cooking oil in a pan and allow to heat

Mix in your onion and tomatoes and allow to cook

Break your eggs in separate containers

Add your eggs in the simmering mixture and stir until cooked
