Crab Stuffed Tilapia

Preheat oven to 375°

In medium sauce pan add olive oil & heat to medium heat. Add in onions until the start to caramelize a little bit. Then add garlic, chopped up crabmeat, cream cheese, old bay seasoning, s&p and garlic chives. Stir til well incorporated. Remove crab mixture from heat & allow to cool.

Lay out tilapia fillets, pat dry with paper towel. Layer a thick layer of crabmeat mix onto each fillet, spread until even.

Roll up each fillet & lay seam side down on a greased baking pan.

Melt butter in a small cup. Mix melted butter with lemon juice, a tad of old bay seasoning, s&p & drizzle over the tops of rolled up crab stuffed fish.

Bake for 20-25 mins or until fish starts to easily flake with a fork. Every 10 mins drizzle a little lemon/butter mix over fish during cooking process. Serve & Enjoy!!🍣
