Take coarse wheat flour.

Add ghee to it. Mix the flour and take some flour in the fist and it should form the shape of muthiya

Now add water enough to bind the flour

Now make small muthiya out of dough

Now heat the oil or ghee in the pan and fry these muthiya till golden brown

Now let the muthiya get cool

Grind them to form coarse powder

Now heat the ghee in a pan and add jaggery

Let it melt and as soon as it melts and the colour gets golden, switch off the flame add flour to it. Add Cardamom powder

Now mix it properly and let it cool

With the help of modak moulds make choorma modaks.

You can add dry fruits of your choice
