Jaggery pancake with chocolate syrup
Steps

Take a bowl and add milk, cardamom powder, whole wheat flour, fennel seeds and gratted jaggery.

Mix it well and make a lump free batter. If needed add some water.

Keep it aside for 10 minutes in order to let the jaggery dissolve.

Take a non stick pan, apply some pure ghee and take a spoonful of batter and roll it on pan then add little ghee on the corners.

Cook it from both the sides.

Transfer it to a plate, add chocolate syrup inside and roll it like a dosa.

Now granish it with more chocolate syrup and serve hot.
