Cooking Instructions

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix in a bowl.

Leave 1/4 cup of the marinade aside for basing the chicken. Pour the rest into a zip lock bag.

Add chicken to the zip lock bag, seal, and chill for 4hrs.

Take bag out of the fridge, remove chicken, and season with salt & pepper.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken.

Base the chicken with remaining marinade. You can add in honey to the base for a thicker glaze

Continue to fry or broil.
- 8
Ready to serve
