  • 8 ozorganic tofu
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 cupbutter
  • 1 dashkosher salt

    crush the garlic and give it a coarse chop

  2. 2

    add butter and garlic to a pan on medium heat

  3. 3

    when butter is melted, add cubed tofu and fry until golden brown.
