  • 2eggs beaten
  • 1/4 tspdry mustard
  • 1 dashblack pepper
  • 2 lbbackfin crabmeat
  • 4 tbspchopped pimento
  • 2 1/4 cupmayonase or miracle whip
  • 1/2 cupparmesan cheese

20 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    beat eggs with mustard and pepper

  3. 3

    add crabmeat and pimento and 2 cups mayonnaise

  4. 4

    spoon mixture into 2 qt. casserole

  5. 5

    spread remaining mayonnaise over top

  6. 6

    sprinkle with cheese

  7. 7

    bake 20 minutes until brown and bubbly
