Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise,olives,garlic,salt and cayenne peper together in a blender. Mix till smooth.

Scrape into a bowl and stir in crab(or crayfish) meat. Season to taste with salt and cayenne peper

Divide the greens among 4 large plates and spoon the crab or crayfish mixture on top. Serve with lemon wedges
