Ingredients

3diced chicken breasts
1diced onion
1 cancorn niblets drained
1large can stewed tomato
250 mlsour cream
4 tbsphot curry paste
2 tbspcurry paste
2 cantomato paste
1 canpineapple tidbits drained

Steps

Add tbl of oil and heat wok to high. Add diced chicken and diced onion...cook till not pink. Add tomato sauce, sour cream, curry, pineapple, corn and tomato paste and stir. Lower heat and simmer till thickened.

Serve over white rice.
