  • 2 tspcayenne
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspsugar

    combine ingredients in large bowl mix thoroughly.

    heat oil on med high heat till oil starts to lightly bubble

  3. 3

    drop in teaspoon sized blobs cook until golden brown
