stir till sugar and yeast dissolve

let set for apr. 5 minutes to foam

sprinkle in salt

and your olive oil

salt will tear down foam, once you stir in olive oil and salt then you can put your flour in. this can be from 3 to 5 cups

however much it takes to make a doughy consistancy

cover it up and let set for 10 minutes on the cover to get it to rinse.

after that is done you can grease the pan or not is optional. if you grease the pan it will make the outside more flakey and crusty.

put the oven on 350 or 325 depending on how fast and how hot your oven gets. if its a newer oven 325 would be best.

put in oven till it turns GOLDEN brown not brown
