1/4 cupvinegar
5 tspsugar
1 tspfrench mustard

Barbecue potatoes then peel and cut into small pieces

Boil eggs then cut into small pieces and add to potatoes

Mix the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl then add to potato and eggs

Mix well and decorate if desired
