  • 1 packagesMarket Pantry Peanut Butter Cookie Mix (17.5oz)
  • 1/3 cupVegetable Oil
  • 1 tbspWater
  • 1Egg
  • 24Snickers Mini Bars
  • 1/2 cupPowdered Sugar (optional)

    Combine Cookie Mix, Vegetable Oil, Water, and Egg in medium bowl. Stir until mixed and dough is smooth.

    Cover bowl and freeze for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

  4. 4

    Unwrap Snickers® Mini candy bars.

  5. 5

    Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into 1-inch balls. Push a mini candy bar into the cookie ball, and carefully cover the entire candy piece with dough. If any chocolate is visible, the cookie will leak.

  6. 6

    Place the filled cookies onto the prepared baking sheets.

  7. 7

    Bake cookies in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Cookies will not look brown on top.

  8. 8

    Turn off oven and let cookies sit in oven for 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Remove cookies from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle each cookie with about 1/2 teaspoon Powdered Sugar. (optional)
