Pre-heat oven to 350°F

Trim fat from chicken

Beat the tar out of bottom side of chicken with wooden mallet to tenderize and make it thinner

Use mallet on top side as well but remember you already made sure it was dead when you did the bottom haha

Bottom side up and laying flat place 2 slices of ham on each breast

Spread quarter box of cream cheese over top of ham slices

Place 1 slice of pepperjack on top of cream cheese..... starting to see some layers now

Start at the large end of the breast and roll it over itself towards the small point kinda like an open ended burrito

Use 3 tooth picks on each breast to hold together while baking

Place 1 slice pepperjack cheese on top of rolled breast

Now the easy part haha

Place the breasts side by side leaving space between them.... pick a measurement because its not rocket science... just putting in the baking dish

Pour both cans of chicken soup in baking dish and cover the bottom of dish with the soup

Pour the chicken broth on top of the chicken soup

Hint*** the ingrrdients to this point can tend to taste a little salty

Add seasonings to your preference.. i love black pepper and garlic on mine

Take remaining cream cheese and place slices surrounding breasts... fill the voids between and around the chickens

If needed place your backing dish on a larger cookie sheet in case it boils over in the oven

At this point place in oven at 350 for approx. 1 hour or until done

Under cooked chicken will hurt you.... overcooked chicken is NOT tasty haha

While chicken is baking read directions on rice...

Prepare rice according to directions on box and allow yourself enough time so the chicken and rice finish at same time

To serve ...

Place desired amount of rice on plate

Spoon your chicken soup mixture on your rice like gravy

Place breast on top of that and enjoy
