  • 1 cupcanola or soy oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 6 1/2 cupflower
  • 200 gramsmargarine
  • 1 1/2 kgDates paste
  • 10 gramsbaking powder

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 180o Celsius

  2. 2

    mix all ingredients except dates into homogeneous smooth dough

  3. 3

    make a ball and divide it into 8 pieces

  4. 4

    flatten each ball and spread the dates paste

  5. 5

    cut each roll into 2-3 cm long slices but not throughout the roll.

  6. 6

    bake for about 40 min
