4 bunchbananas
1/3 cupmelted butter
1egg beaten
1 tspbaking soda
1 pinchsallt
1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1 tspvanilla
1/2 cupsugar

preheat oven to 350

mix butter and mashed bananas in large bowl,add one beaten egg and vanilla,sprinkle in baking soda and salt,mix together

add flour mix well,do not over mix or the cake will be dry

pour batter into bundt pan or a 4x8 loaf pan,bake for 45min to 1 hour
