Ingredients

  1. 23-pound chicken fryers
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 4 tbsplemon juice
  4. 4 tbspbutter

  1. 1

    Place cut up fryers in greased pan. Sprinkle with salt. Add lemon juice and dot with butter.

  2. 2

    Bake in 375 oven one hour, basting frequently. If pan becomes too dry, add water.
