3Limes (Juiced)
1/2Red Onion(sliced Thin)
1/2 bunchParsley or Mint
8 ozFeta Cheese (chopped in small squares)
1/2 smallWatermelon(cut in 1 inch dice)

Soak thinly sliced red onion in the lime juice for at least two hours .

Mix watermelon , feta cheese, onions and lime juice together
3

Chop Parsley or Mint whichever you prefer and add to the salad
4

Keep cold and serve Delicious at a BBQ or with any Summer Meal
