Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 lbSausage or beef
  • 1/4 tspDried crushed pepper
  • 1 cupRed wine
  • 28 ozCrush tom w/ added purée
  • 2 tspDried marjoram
  • 1 lbPasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil on med. add onion, sauté 8 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add sausage 6 min cook. Stir in pepper.

  3. 3

    Add red wine, boil until absorbed

  4. 4

    Mix in tomatoes. Boil, simmer 25 minutes

  5. 5

    Stir in marjoram. (Can refrigerate up to 2 days) boil before continuing.

  6. 6

    Cook pasta, add sauce to pasta.
