soak chickpeas overnight

cook chick peas over low heat until the peas become pasty and very easy to squash

in a heavy duty blender grinde the chickpeas while adding ice and water until its thin enough to suite your personal needs and taste

once the grind is very soft add a generous amount of Tahini sauce aka seasame paste then blend again while addind salt and lemon

usualy adding 2 spoons salt and one lemon salt acid.

when its all mixed keep blending and add 3 table spoons of oil
