Ingredients

1zucchini
3chicken breasts
1 cupasiago cheese
1/2 cupwhite wine
1/2 cupchicken stock
1 pinchparsley
1/2 stickbutter
1/4 cupflour
8 oztomato sauce
1spiral pasta

Steps

Preheat oven to 375

Cut zucchini lengthwise into strips and discard seeds

Butterfly chicken

Pound chicken with flat side lightly

Add olive oil to skillet and fry zucchini with season salt and pepper

Add Asiago cheese until it melts

Drizzle olive oil on top

Bake in covered dish for around 20 min.

Boil noodles

Make sauce with olive oil, white wine, chicken stock

Add flour covered butter tabs

Add tomato sauce
