  2. 2 cupflour or more if needed
  3. 1 tspchili powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsppepper
  6. 2eggs, beaten

    In a large frying pan add oil to heat. mean while cut up jalapeon peppers. in bowl combined flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, egg, and milk or water. cook peppers until golden brown.

    ranch dressing mix. use sour cream and ranch dressing mix.
