Favorite: Bananas are an in-expensive fruit, (I buy organic) bread lasts a few days, & is filling! Key ingredients are the pudding, & sprinkle sugar on top! I've been making one every two weeks,& this its my favorite recipe so far! Last recipe I used organic walnuts!

Ingredients

  1. Dry Ingredients
  2. 1 1/4 cuporganic unbleached flour
  3. 1/4 cuporganic raw turbinado sugar
  4. 1 tbsporganic Irish cut oats
  5. 1/4 tspsea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  6. 1/4 packagesor less: organic butterscotch pudding
  7. 1/4 tspbaking soda (aluminum free)
  8. Wet Ingredients
  9. 1 stickorganic unsalted butter (softened or melted, then cooled)
  10. 1/2 cuporganic whole milk
  11. 2organic eggs
  12. 1 dashorganic Madagascar vanilla
  13. 3organic bananas
  14. 1/3 cupchocolate chips
  15. 2 pinchorganic raw sugar

Cooking Instructions

    oven, or convection oven preheat to 350

    butter or coconut, oil the pan

  3. 3

    mix dry ingredients

  4. 4

    mix wet ingredients

  5. 5

    combine dry & wet ingredients

  6. 6

    cut the bananas in different size slices, average 1/4 to 1/2 inch, add banana

  7. 7

    add chocolate chips, mix

  8. 8

    pour into pan

  9. 9

    sprinkle 2 pinches of sugar on top

  10. 10

    bake approximately 50 minutes

  11. 11

    stick middle with toothpick, depends on how much pudding mix you add to how long it cooks
