Had lunch coming from Key West at Mangrove Mama's and Chandler had the ribs. As he was eating it the meat fell off the bones and I had to ask the chef his secret. He then proceeded to insult the waitress who said boil them. He said never boil them and I felt bad for her.

1 pinchCayan Pepper
1 cupWater
1as needed BBQ Sauce

Steps

Create a sauce with the ingredients and cover baking dish with sauce and ribs. Place saran wrap and then cover saran wrap with tin foil. Bake on 275°F for 3 1/2 hours. Be sure to use a rack to keep ribs out of water. Then char for 20 to 30 minutes to taste.
