Steps

cut the potato into cubes and put in a pan

add half the water and place on low heat

when all of the water evaborates put the rest of the water and cover the pan

after all of the water evaborated place the potato in a mixer and turn on the mixer on low speed until potato is creamy

then add one tablespoon of butter and salt and pepper and the cream or milk
- 6
turn on the mixer again until it is all mixed up and becomes creamier
- 7
place back in the pan on low heat and cover

apply butter on the toast softly
- 9
wgisk the egg and apply on the butter with a brush
- 10
add a pinch of salt and pepper and then place the toasts in a preheated oven to 200c

remove the toast out of the oven when it is golden red
- 12
place the toast with the ccreamy mashed potato in a serving dish
- 13
you can use green, red and yellow sweet pepper for the serving
