Ingredients

  • 1 boxchicken stock
  • 1 quarttomato juice
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 4 cupshredded chicken
  • 3 canbeans
  • 2 mediumonions diced
  • 1 candiced tomatoes with chilis
  • 1 cantomatoes
  • 1chili powder to taste
  • 1 bunchcilantro
  • 1shredded cheese to taste
  • 1cumin to taste

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Put all ingredients except cheese and cilantro in large stockpot

  2. 2

    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes

  3. 3

    Add almost all of cilantro and cook additional 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Garnish with remaining cilantro, tortilla chips and cheese
