  1. 2Eggs
  2. 1Tortilla Wrap (wheat)
  3. 1 dashCayenne And Sazon
  4. 1 bunchSpinach Leaves
  5. 1 tbspButter
  6. 2 sliceWhite American Cheese/Provolone/Swiss
  7. 1 cupMilk

    Heat small skillet to medium low heat and butter the pan. In seperate bowl mix 2 eggs and milk together. Pour into pan and let sit on very low heat. DO NOT SCRAMBLE. Sprinkle the cayenne and Sa?on on top and let the egg rise and become fluffy, only use spatula to make sure it doesn't stick to bottom. Once bottom is done flip the egg to the other side and let it thicken.

    On your plate place the wrap and the slices of cheese on it. Place the spinach leaves on top of that. On a seperate plate or in the pan slice the egg in half and use one half for one wrap. Place it in the middle and fold as such. Pull up bottom fold, cross left fold over , then the right. The top of the wrap should be open.

    Cut wrap In half making two halves and present dish. Each wrap makes two halves.
