put water, rice and cinnamon to boil at medium heat

When water is almost evaporated add milk and 3/4 of the can. add more to taste

slowly stir

When rice is cooked, lower the heat to stop boiling

Beat egg yolk with a little milk and stir into rice

Bring to boil again for 1 min and remove

Let cool and stir occasionally
