My homemade chicken pie

I mixed the flour with all the dry ingredients like salt, baking powder together. Add 2sachets of butter (500grm) mix until it forms like bread crumps.

Add water bit by bit and mix to form not too soft and not too hard dough. Cover with clingfilm and leave for 30mins

1. Peel the potatoes chop them into about 0.25cm sizes
2. Chop the carrot, chilli and onions neatly, mix them. Boil chicken, debone and remove skin and shred. 3,Sauce up the mixture with the minced meat. Add salt and seasoning cubes to taste.
4. Add 2 spoons of olive oil to a shallow pan and fry the shredded chicken and other vegies together. Add maggi cubes and other spices to your taste. Mix 3 spoons of flour in cold water and add to ticken it. Filling is ready. - 4
1. Cut the flattened dough with a roundish cutter
2. Add about 1 tablespoon of the filling to the round dough
3. Fold to form a half moon shape. And add egg to the inside of the dough with pastry brush
4. Close and press seal with a fork until pastry and filling is finished
5. Rub margarine in the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 minute
