Came up with the idea for this while snacking on chips and thinking about what to fix for dinner , the sauce is a version of my girlfriend she adds paprika to it . We are always looking to make something new to eat .

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. fish
  2. 4Tilapia filets
  3. 4whole wheat hogie buns
  4. 2 cupcrushed sour cream and onion chips
  5. 1 largeegg yolks
  6. Fish sauce
  7. 4 tbspmayonnaise
  8. 2 tbspsweet pickle relish
  9. 3 dashof your favorite hot sauce
  10. 2 tsphoney

Cooking Instructions

    Beat egg in a dish large enough to hold Tilapia

  2. 2

    Put crushed sour cream and onion chips in another dish

  3. 3

    Dip fish in egg then dip in chips and coat both side

  4. 4

    Place coated fish in a frying pan that has been,heated to medium heat with oil,in it

  5. 5

    Cook fish on both sides for about 5 minutes on each side or until,fish is flakey .

    Set fish aside and prepare sauce .

    For the sauce add mayonaise and sweet pickle relish hot sauce and honey to a bowl and mix well

  8. 8

    Put fish on bun coat with sauce and enjoy.

I've off here the past 2 years good to be back. By far the best cooking app I've used, enjoy all the self made recipes. For all that have tried my recipes thank you and hope to try some of yours.
