4Garlic Cloves
2Sweet Red Peppers
1/2 tspDried Red Peppers
1/2 tbspDried Oregano Leaves
1Black Pepper
3 cupRice
80 mlTomato Paste
900 mlChicken Broth

Yellow Onions in frying pan

Add garlic and red peppers
3

Add rice, curry, cumin, and turmeric
4

add 3/4 of broth and all of tomato paste. Cover and simmer
5

Add dred red peppers, oregano leaves, black pepper and remaining broth. Cook until all liquid is gone.
