Ingredients

  1. 2 cupQuinoa flour
  2. 2 cupWhole wheat flour
  3. 3 cupWater
  4. 2 tspDry yeast
  5. 2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add yeast to warm water and leave for 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and mix until pulls away from mixer sides. Rest to let rise 2-4 hours. Put into desired size rolls. Use egg wash on top pf rolls. Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes. Optional: sesame seeds.
